Step 7 in the Home Buying Process

Congratulations! We are now scheduling a closing time that works best with you where we will meet at the Title Company and make everything official.

Before the day of closing we will also schedule a final walk through at the home. We will walk the home and make sure nothing has happened to the home and everything looks as it should before we sign. 

Once we confirm everything is as it should be, we will head to the title company where we will sign all the documents and you will be handed your new keys!!
