FEW WAYS TO TRANSFORM YOUR HOME THIS FALL
1. Replace your spring/summer flowers and plants for fall plants, colors and textures.
2. Replace your throw pillow covers with warmer tones and cozier textures. If you want to spice it up even more throw a Halloween/Thanksgiving themed pillow to the mix for a pop of Holiday spirit.
3. Add a wreath to your front door. Adding a wreath to the front door immediately adds an inviting feel to your front porch. The perfect touch for transitioning your home to Fall. If you already have one up try adding a touch of fall to your current one!
4. Add fall scents around your house. You can do this by swapping out your candles to fall smells. You can even get candles in cute jars for added decor. Another easy way to add fall scent to your house is with a Pura. I love my Pura and think it is such a genius invention.
5. Adding pumpkins around your house. Adding pumpkins to your front porch/fireplace/mantle/shelves/etc. immediately transitions your home.
These are just a few ways to elevate your space this Fall. There are so many easy ways to transition your home this to make it more inviting and cozy as we enter cooler months. Below I have added just a few other ideas to boost that Holiday spirit.
- Adding a runner/setting the dinning room table with fall colors and textures
- Stacking wood next to your fireplace to get ready for a cozy night in/ or get a fire pit ready out back
- Try layering rugs and door mats
- Bring out warmer throw blankets
- Cook a big pot of chili
- Bake pumpkin bread
- Change your bulbs to a softer warmer tone and add lamps around the house
